A Case of Bartter’s Syndrome

Bartter’s Syndrome is rare disease and characterized by hypokalemic and hypochloremic metabolic alkalosis, hyperreninism, and secondary aldosteronism with hyperplasia of juxtaglomerular apparatus, but without edema or hypertension. We had experienced a case of Bartter’s syndrome, who presented the most of above mentioned characteristics. We had made diagnosis by clinical, hematologic and biochemical studies summarized in table 1. and X-ray survey.
