Bartter’s Syndrome is rare disease and characterized by hypokalemic and hypochloremic metabolic alkalosis, hyperreninism, and secondary aldosteronism with hyperplasia of juxtaglomerular apparatus, but without edema or hypertension. We had experienced a case of Bartter’s syndrome, who presented the most of above mentioned
characteristics. We had made diagnosis by clinical, hematologic and biochemical studies summarized in table
1. and X-ray survey.
